Hard Reset for Motorola ATRIX 4G
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola ATRIX.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola ATRIX device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction 1:
1.Press-hold the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Open Menu and enterSettings. There, select Privacy and Factory data reset.
3. Lastly, select Reset phone and Erase everything. Reset process will begin.
4. Done.
Instruction 2:
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons for five seconds. Let go of them when the Boot Mode menu appears.
3. Using Volume Down to navigate and Volume Up to select, choose the Android Recovery option.
4. Wait for an Android image to appear on-screen and press this button a few times.
5. Using Volume Down to select and Power to confirm, select wipe data/factory reset.
6. Continue by selecting Yes--delete all user data and reboot system now.
7. Done.
