Hard Reset for Motorola C380/C385
In order to hard reset a Motorola C380/C385, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola C380/C385 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone. Then open Menu and enter Settings and Security.
2. Enter the lock code - it can be either 0000, 1234 or the last four digits of your phone number.
3. Now select Erase/Reset and Reset Phone.
4. Chew through the wall of text on-screen and OK.
5. Lastly, select Yes.
