In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola Fire.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola Fire device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Power up the phone by pressing and holding the Power and Volume buttons simultaneously.
2. A menu will open. Select Recovery by using Volume Buttons.
3. Wait for an exclamation mark to pop onscreen. When it does, press both Volume buttons together.
4. Select Wipe data / factory reset VOL DOW, this time using Volume Down and Power buttons.
5. Now select Yes - delete all user data.
6. Press Power key to reboot the phone.
7. Allow your phone to reset and restart. Done!
1. Power up the phone by pressing the Power button.
2. Press the Menu button on the home screen.
3. Enter Settings, Privacy, Factory Data Reset, Erase internal storage and, lastly, Reset Phone.
4. Done.
