Hard Reset for Motorola FIRE XT311
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola FIRE XT311.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola FIRE XT311 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction One:
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Starting from the Home Screen, open Main Menu and Settings.
3. Now select Privacy, Factory data reset and Reset phone.
4. Lastly, select Erase Everything and OK. Well done, the process is complete.
Instruction Two:
1. Press-hold the Power button.
2. Now press'n'hold the Volume and Power buttons for a few seconds.
3. Let go of them when an Android icon pops on-screen. Press Home button to enter Recovery Mode.
4. Select wipe data/factory reset - Volume buttons can navigate the menu and Power button confirms your choice.
5. Now select Yes - delete all user data and reboot system now.
6. Done.
