4. You now need to select Recovery Mode.To do this, quickly tap Power button to scroll down the options; when you have found Recovery Mode, press-hold the Power button for two seconds in order to select it.
5. Wait for an Android robot to appear. When it does, press the Power button for two seconds.

6. You now should be in Recovery Mode. Continue by selecting Wipe data / factory reset, then Yes and Reboot system now.



7. Done! The factory reset is complete.

1. Turn on the clock.
