Hard Reset for Motorola Moto G 4G (2nd gen)

1. Hold down the Power button until the device turns on.
2. Now open Main Menu and go to Settings.
3. Continue to Backup&Resett > Factory data reset > Reset phone.
4. Complete the process by selecting Erase Everything and OK.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Hold down the Volume Down button for three seconds. Press the Power
3. Next, select Recovery - Volume Down navigates the menu, Volume Up selects options.
4. Android logo will appear on-screen. When it does, press and hold Volume Up button. As you hold it, press Power button.
5. Next, select wipe data/factory reset - Volume navigates the menu, Power selects options.
6. Continue with selecting Yes - delete all user data and reboot system now.
