Hard Reset for Motorola MOTOSMART MIX XT550

Instruction Number One:
1. Press-hold the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Now enter Menu > Settings > Initial Setup > Master Reset.
3. Tap in the lock code (0000 or 1234 by default).
3. Press Yes to confirm the reset. Done.
Instruction Number Two:
1. Power down the phone.
2. Now press & hold the Volume and Power button until an Android logo pops onscreen.
3. Enter Recovery options - to do that, press the Home button.
4. Next, select wipe data/factory reset - use Volume buttons to navigate through the options and Power button to confirm your choice.
5. Next, select Yes - delete all user data and Reboot system now.
