Hard Reset for Motorola Q 11
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola Q 11.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola Q 11 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction 1:
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Press Start. A menu will open. Select System Tools.
3. Now select either Master Clear or Master Reset.
4. Alert message will appear. When it does, select Yes.
5. Type in the master code, 000000 by default. Done.
Instruction 2:
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Hold down the Center Select button until the phone turns back on.
3. As the phone powers up, press-hol the Z and E buttons.
4. Select Yes when the Master Reset screen starts.
5. Wait for your phone to reset and restart.
