Hard Reset for Motorola Q 9h
In order to hard reset a Motorola Q 9h, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola Q 9h device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Hold down the E and Z buttons. 
3. Now press Power button.
4. Phone will begin to turn back on. Press E and Z once more.
5. Now press Power button again.
6. Phone will now reset and restart. Voila.
