Hard Reset for Motorola Q8
In order to hard reset a Motorola Q8, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola Q8 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First, power down the phone with Power button.
2. Next, press and hold the E and Z buttons. 
3. Power up the phone.
4. Release held buttons.
5. Hold down the Power button again.
6. Phone will now reset and restart. Done.
