Hard Reset for Motorola RAZR MAXX

5. Continue with selecting Yes - delete all user data and reboot system now.

1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press-hold the Volume Down and Power button. Release them when an Android image appears on-screen.
3. Select Factory - use Volume Down to navigate to it and Power button to confirm.
4. Done.
