Hard Reset for Motorola W396
In order to hard reset a Motorola W396, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola W396 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Hold down the Power button until the device turns on.
2. Next open Main Menu and go to Settings, Initial Setup and Master Reset.
3. Now enter a lock code - default codes are 0000 and/or 1234.
4. Press Left Softkey to confirm the operation. Phone will now reset and restart. Done!
