Hard Reset for Motorola XT760
In order to hard reset a Motorola XT760, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola XT760 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Hold down the Volume and Power buttons, simultaneously, until Motorola logo appears on screen.
3. Let go of the Power button. Recovery menu should open.
4. Complete the hard reset process by selecting Factory reset. Use Volume Buttons to navigate the menu and Power button to select the option.
5. Well done, the hard reset is now complete. Unless something went terribly wrong, in which case turn your phone off and try again.
