Hard Reset for Motorola XT800 ZHISHANG
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola XT800 ZHISHANG.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola XT800 ZHISHANG device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction 1:
1. Enter the Applications tab.
2. Continue to Settings, Privacy, Factory data reset and Reset Phone.
3. Lastly, select Erase Everything. Done.
Instruction 2:
1. Power off the phone.
2. Press'n'hold the Power & Volume buttons until an Android logo appears on-screen.
3. Press Home button. Recovery options menu will open.
4. Menu will open. From it, select wipe data/factory reset. Use Volume buttons to navigate options and Power button to select them.
5. Now select Yes - delete all user data and reboot system now.
6. Done.
