Hard Reset for Nokia 1800
In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for Nokia 1800.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Nokia 1800 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Press & hold the Power button until the device turns off.
2. Now press & hold * + Power + Call + 3 buttons until the Nokia logo appears on-screen.
3. Lastly, type in the phone's lock code (default code may be 12345 or 0000 or 000000).
4. Give your phone a minute to reset and reboot. Voila, the hard reset is complete.
Instruction II:
1. First, press and hold the Power button to turn on the phone.
2. Press the Call button and tap in the "secret" code *#7370#, confirm.
3. Now tap in the lock code. Default lock code is 12345. Your phone will now reset. Voila!
Instruction III:
1. Switch on the device.
2. Go to Menu > Settings > Restore Factory Settings.
3. Type in security code (12345 by default).
4. Allow the device to reset and restart, completing the hard reset process. Voila.
