Hard Reset for Nokia Lumia 520
In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for Nokia Lumia 520.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Nokia Lumia 520 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Turn off the phone by pressing and holding the Power button.
2. Now press-hold Power once more. Release it when the phone vibrates. Press-hold Volume Down.
3. Let go of it when this exclamation mark appears on-screen.
4. Now press the following button sequence: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down.
5. Your phone should now reset and restart. Well done.
Instruction III:
1. First, turn on the phone.
2. Open Main Menu and select Windows Phone Settings.
3. Now select About and Reset your phone.
4. Well done, the phone should now reset'n'restart.
