Hard Reset for Nokia Lumia 635

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Nokia Lumia 635 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction One:
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Now open Settings > About > Reset your phone. Confirm by selecting Yes.
3. Wait for the phone to reset'n'restart. Done.
Instruction Two:
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press-hold the Volume Down button, push Power button.
3. Let go of Volume Down when an exclamation mark appears on-screen.
4. Press these buttons in exacly this ordeR: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power button > Volume Down
5. Phone will now reset and restart. Well done.
