In order to hard reset a Panasonic Eluga U2, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Panasonic Eluga U2 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Press and hold the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Now press Menu button and select Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset.
3. You will (probably) be asked for a phone's password. Provide it, confirm by selecting Ok.
4. Continue by selecting Reset Phone > Erase Everything options.
5. Voila! The phone will now reset and restart, completing the hard reset process.
