Hard Reset for Qtek 8010
In order to hard reset a Qtek 8010, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Qtek 8010 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone with a Power button. 
2. Afterwards press-hold Power and Record buttons. Release them only after the "Enter bootloader press any key" message appears on-screen.
3. Press the Action button (the middle button).
4. When a new menu appears, select 8.
5. Phone will now reset and restart. Done.
