Hard Reset for Qtek 8310
In order to hard reset a Qtek 8310, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Qtek 8310 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Switch off the phone and press-hold both Softkeys.
2. Press the Power button for one to two seconds while still holding Softkeys.
3. A bootsplash screen will appear. After it does, press 0.
4. Factory reset will now begin. It should take up to five minutes. Done!
