Hard Reset for Qtek 8500
In order to hard reset a Qtek 8500, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Qtek 8500 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press'n'hold both Softkeys.
3. Press the Power button. Continue to hold down Softkeys.
4. A "Press 0 to restore factory default" message will appear on the screen. Do so.
5. Factory Reset will now begin.
