Hard Reset for Qtek 9100
In order to hard reset a Qtek 9100, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Qtek 9100 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Press and hold the Comm Manager and Voice Command buttons.
2. Put your Stylus into this hole.
3. Wait for your phone to restart and complete the Factory settings reset. That is all.
