Hard Reset for Qtek 9600
In order to hard reset a Qtek 9600, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Qtek 9600 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone and pull out the stylus.
2. Press and hold these two Softkeys.
3. Use your stylus to press the Reset button in a hole on the bottom of the phone.
4. Still holding Softkeys, follow the on-screen instructions. Done.
