In order to hard reset a Sagem myZ-5, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Sagem myZ-5 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First of all, press-hold the Power button.
2. Now press the Call button.
3. Next, go to Menu Settings > Networks > Phone > Reset.
4. Confirm the hard reset by pressing Call button once more.
