Hard Reset for Samsung Convoy 2
In order to hard reset a Samsung Convoy 2, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Samsung Convoy 2 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone. Press OK to select MENU.
2. Continue by selecting Settings and Tools > OK > Phone Settings > Security > OK.
3. Type in Security Code and select OK again. By default, code is the last four digits of your phone number.
4. Now select Restore Phone > Yes > OK (twice), Security Code again and OK again. Done.
