Hard Reset for T-Mobile MDA Basic
In order to hard reset a T-Mobile MDA Basic, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
T-Mobile MDA Basic device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Pick up a stylus and open the back case of the phone.
2. Now press & hold both Call and End buttons. 
3. Use the stylus to press the hole on the top-back of the device.
4. Wait for the phone to reset and restart.
5. Done!
