Hard Reset for T-Mobile MDA Compact IV
In order to hard reset a T-Mobile MDA Compact IV, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
T-Mobile MDA Compact IV device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Pick up a stylus and open the back case of the phone.
2. Now press & hold both Enter and Volume Down buttons. 
3. Use the stylus to press the hole on the right corner of the device.
4. Wait for the phone to reset and restart.
5. Done!
