Hard Reset for ZTE Era

In order to hard reset a ZTE Era, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
ZTE Era device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.


1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press & hold these buttons: Volume Down + Volume Up + Power.

3. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset - to do that, use Volume buttons to scroll the options and Power button to confirm the operation.

4. Select Yes; confirm with Power button.
5. Lastly, press Power button to enter the reboot system now option.
