Hard Reset for ZTE Score

In order to hard reset a ZTE Score, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
ZTE Score device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.


1. Turn on the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Down, Camera and Power buttons.

3. Wait for the Android logo to pop on-screen. Press Menu button to enter Recovery Mode.

4. A new menu will open. From it, select Wipe Data/Factory Reset using Volume and Power or Home buttons.
