How to Hard Reset Xiaomi Mi 4 LTE
In our tutorial base there are 2 solutions for hard reset Xiaomi Mi 4 LTE.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If first solution will not work then use next method.
Important, hard reset will delete any data on your device, like pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Xiaomi Mi 4 LTE device will be brought back, to the same configuration as if you bought a brand new device.
Solution #1
1. Begin by pressing and holding the Power key, which will switch the device off.
2. Next, press and hold both Volume Up AND Power button for a few moments.
3. When the Mi Logo shows on your screen, release ONLY the Power key.
4. Hold the Volume Up key until the Recovery Mode appears.
5. Here, select English. Use Volume keys to browse and Power rocker to select.
6. Next, select Wipe Reset. Use Volume Down to scroll and Power button to confirm.
7. Select Wipe All Data. Again, use Volume buttons in order to navigate and Power key to select.
8. Confirm by selecting Yes.
9. Good job; you have completed the hard reset operation.
Solution #2
1. Begin by switching your device off by holding down the Power key.
2. Afterwards, go to Settings > Backup & reset.
3. Press Factory Data Reset and then Reset Device.
4. Choose Erase Everything - ONLY if you are sure that you want to clear all your data.
5. Press OK to complete the operation.
