How to put HTC Desire 828 dual sim in Download Mode
1. Hold down the Power button until the phone turns off. 
2. Next, press and hold Volume Down + Power button for a few seconds.
3. Release the Power button when the HTC logo shows on screen.
4. You now should be in the Download Mode. Congrats.
