How to put HTC ThunderBolt 4G in Fastboot Mode
1. Press & hold the Power button to power down the phone.
2. Now turn the phone back on by holding the Volume Down and Power buttons.
3. Bootloader menu will appear on screen. When it does, release the aforementioned buttons.
4. Select Fastboot Mode.
5. Fasboot Mode has started. It can be navigated with Volume Keys (movement) and Power
button (selecting).
