How to put Lenovo P70 in Fastboot Mode
1. Press & hold the Power button to power down the phone.
2. Afterwards, press'n'hold 
3. You should release these two buttons after a Boot Mode pops on screen.
4. Choose Fastboot. Do that by using Volume Up to navigate and Volume Down to select.
5. Fasboot Mode has started. It can be navigated with Volume Keys (movement) and Power button (selecting).
