How to put Samsung Continuum I400 in Download Mode
1. Pick out the phone's battery.
2. Now press'n'hold the Volume Down & Volume Up & Power buttons.
3. Plug the USB cable into the phone. Put the battery back in.
4. A message will appear. Press Volume Up to enter Download Mode.
