How to put Samsung I9190 Galaxy S4 mini in Download Mode
1. Make sure that the USB debug mode is on, then turn off the phone.
2. Press & hold the Power and Volume Down and Home buttons simultaneously.
3. Press Volume Up to enter Download mode.
4. Done! The Download Mode should now open.
