How to put Samsung i927 Captivate Glide in Download Mode
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Hold down both Volume Down and Volume Up buttons at the same time.
3. Insert the USB cable into the phone and turn it back on.
4. Enter Download mode by pressing Volume Up.
5. You now are in Download Mode.
