How to put Samsung M930 Transform Ultra in Download Mode
1. First, remove the battery.
2. Next, press & hold the both Volume buttons and a Power button simultaneously.
3. Now plug in the USB cable and put the battery back in.
4. A new menu should open. Press Volume Up.
