How to put your Acer Liquid S1 into Recovery Mode
1. Switch your cellphone off.
2. Now, press and hold Volume Down + Power button until the phone vibrates.
3. Quickly release Volume down and press Volume up. You will see a new menu on screen.
4. Select the Recovery option.
