How to put your Alcatel OT-988 Shockwave into Recovery Mode
1. To begin, turn off the cell phone.
2. Next, press and hold Volume Up and Power for a couple seconds. Release them when the "green Android man" pops up.
3. Select "English", confirm with Power button.
4. You now should be in the Recovery mode.
