How to put your Allview Viva H10 LTE into Recovery Mode
1. For starters, turn off your device by holding the Power button.
2. Next, press and hold Volume Up and Power for a couple seconds. 
3. You should be in the Recovery Mode now. Use Volume keys to navigate and Power button to select.
