How to put your Motorola Moto E Dual SIM into Recovery Mode
1. Power down the phone.
2. Now press-hold the Volume Down button for three seconds. While you hold it, press the Power button.
3. A menu will open. From it, select Recovery - Volume Down to navigate, Volume Up to confirm.
4. Android logo will pop on-screen. When it does, press-hold the Volume Up and press Power button.
5. Woohoo. You now should be in Recovery Mode.
