How to put your OnePlus One into Recovery Mode
1. Power down the phone.
2. Hold down both Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously.
3. Let go of Power when the phone vibrates. Let go of Volume Down when Recovery Mode starts.
4. Voila, you have entered Recovery Mode.
