How to put your ZTE Max Duo LTE Z962BL into Recovery Mode
1. Press and hold the Power button until the phone turns off.
2. Now press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for five seconds. Release them when the Boot Mode starts.
3. Select Recovery by using Volume Up and Volume Down buttons. Open it by press-holding the Power button.
4. As you hold the Power button, press Volume Up just once.
5. Congrats, you are now in Recovery Mode.
