How to remove password at BlackBerry 7100t
1. First, press & hold the Power button, turning your phone on.
2. Next, when asked to enter password, enter a wrong one. You may have to do this a few times (up to ten).
3. Eventually, you will be asked to type in "blackberry".
4. Keep doing that until the phone resets and restarts.
