How to remove password at BlackBerry Tour 9630
1. Hello. Press and hold the Power button to turn on the phone.
2. Continue by entering an incorrect password (you may have to repeat it multiple times).
3. Type in "Blackberry" when the phone tells you to (it, too, may have to be done many times).
4. When asked for a final code, enter this one incorrectly as well. Your phone will now (probably) reset and restart. So, good job.
