How to remove password at BlackBerry Z30
1. For starters, hold down the Power button for your phone to power up.
2. Type an invalid password into your phone (this may have to be done multiple times).
3. You should be prompted to enter the word "Blackberry" into the phone. Do that (it may have to be done a number of times).
4. Your phone will reset and restart, with the old password gone. Good job.
