How to Soft Reset Acer Liquid E2
Instruction #1
1. First of all, press and hold the Power button.
2. Second of all, from the options available choose Power Off and then tap OK.
3. Lastly, press the Power button to turn the phone back on.

1. Take off the back cover and pick out the battery for a short while.
2. Put the battery and the cover back in.
3. Lastly, turn the phone on by holding the Power button.
