Instruction #1
1. Take the battery out.
2. Now put it back in place.
3. Switch the phone on.
Instruction #2
1. Turn the phone off by holding down the Power button, selecting Power off and then Ok
2. Do nothing for ten seconds.
3. Press the Power button again to turn the phone back on.
