1. Remove the battery.
2. Now place the battery back in its slot.
3. Power on the phone.
Instruction #2
1. Switch the phone off - hold down the Power button, select Power off and Ok.
2. Let the phone stay idle for ten seconds.
3. Complete the process by holding the Power button again and turning the phone back on.
