How to Soft Reset BlackBerry Bold 9700
Instruction #1
1. Press the Power button to switch your phone on.
2. Time to employ some manual dexterity! Press and hold three buttons at the same time - Delete + left Alt+ right Shift. This will cause your phone to reset.
Instruction #2
1. Turn the phone around. Remove its back cover and take out the battery.
2. Wait a few seconds and put everything back in its place.
3. Press the Power button and turn the phone back on.
